Glass curtains in Altea Hills
With some of the best views available of Altea, we enclosed half of this ample terrace with glass curtains.
Due to the existing false ceiling construction,
it was necessary to ensure a solid head anchor for security, without spoiling the sleek, floor to ceiling design.

First floor bathroom extension
Built in Javea, on regulation footings and concrete and steel reinforced tosca pillars, this bathroom is fitted with a walk in shower and top quality fittings, throughout.
The entire construction
was completed prior to opening the bathroom to the existing bedroom, to minimise disruption and dust damage to the owners main bedroom.
5 years after construction,
there are no signs of settlement or moisture intrusion.

Cave house naya closure.
This beautiful, cave house conversion is situated just inland of Alicante.
This is a PVC construction, double glazed with laminated, sun filter, security glass and a triple bolt lock system.
Maintaining the constant internal temperature
with total security, this enclosure added an extra living space to this cave house.

Toughened glass pool security screen.
For a holiday let house in Pedereguer, this toughened glass screen was installed for child security.
Special plugs and chemical fixings were used with stainless steel metalwork to ensure full safety and simplicity.

A fully double glazed conservatory
in Busot, incorporating security glass and locks wrapping around the rear entrance to the house.
Special computer design technology
was used to follow adjacent roof lines and fit with the overall modern villa design.
Finished off with white reflective, insulated roof panels.
