There are deep freezers, industrial cookers and hobs, large microwave ovens, industrial mixers, in fact everything you will need. Best quality equipment has been installed throughout.

There are 5 main eating areas, apart from at the the bar, each of which has an airy yet intimate atmosphere. Even when there are pub type activities underway you can always find a quiet spot to seat diners.
The secluded patio, with its garden atmosphere and original 'tosca' walls, is very popular in the summer.
