With 20 years experience of building in Spain, I have done most types of construction work.

From building extensions to painting houses and everything in between. From building tosca columns and arches to fitting PVC/aluminium/hardwood replacement windows and doors.
I have also gained experience at repairing old style spanish constructions when installing central heating systems.

Old stone wall repairs are also catered for. as are the various old style wall finishes, such as 'tyrolesa' and 'scrath finishes'.

A small selection of my work

old stone wall This wall was crumbling and suffering from weed growth, which needed maintenance every year, apart from regularly having to clean the street of fallen rubble. old stone wall, repaired After cleaning and replacing damaged stones the wall is good for another 50 years or so, having a cleaner aspect after filling the gaps with cement.
2nd storey extension A 2nd storey bathroom extension. Built on tosca pillars with arches, this bathroom features a walk in shower area. The underside of the extension is finished with morrocan style tiles.
pool area shower A circular shower area, is an interesting way to add interest and mould the pool area into the garden.
Bar-b-q terrace This Bar-B-Q terrace area with tosca columns and arches was the inspiration for the bathroom extension above left.
The area was not level to begin with, so red crazy paving was layed (still leaving a fall off for rain) with flower beds and a hanging desert grape vine, the area is a joy to relax and eat in.
Finished of with clear sun filter roofing with cane screening fitted inside.
I am also available to oversee building projects for absentee owners, ensuring that the work gets done to the agreed standard and time frame.
My work standard is high, and I am known for keeping a clean site and a high quality of work both at the start and the finish of projects.
